Turn local demand into the appointments your team wants. Connect the enquiry to the conversation, the quote and the sale.

Start with the appointment your team wants

Define the locations, services and customer needs that make an enquiry commercially useful. Campaigns should reflect showroom capacity and the areas you can serve.

Measure beyond the form submission

Separate enquiries, booked appointments, attended appointments, quotes and completed sales. Review which conversion actions guide bidding and which provide supporting information. A download and a qualified appointment should not automatically carry the same value.

Connect the campaign to the sales conversation

Review search terms, geographic targeting, landing pages and appointment booking. Work with your team to understand lead quality and the reasons opportunities progress or stop.

What happens first?

We start with the current account and enquiry journey, agree what a qualified appointment means, and check the data available. CRM integration and offline conversion work are scoped around your systems and permissions.

Who is this for?

Showrooms and appointment-led businesses with an established offer, a team that follows up enquiries and a willingness to share commercial feedback. The aim is a clearer connection between advertising and sales, with an agreed measurement plan.

EXPLORE THE METHOD

Where does the sale stall?

Choose a stage to see the commercial question and the measurement behind it. This is a working framework, not a client case study or a forecast.

01 / Enquiry

Is this an enquiry your showroom can serve?

Review location, project type, timing and contactability. Record why an enquiry is accepted or declined.

Enquiry volume and cost per enquiry explain demand. They do not establish appointment quality.

02 / Booked appointment

Does the booking become a real conversation?

Record booked and attended appointments separately. Review cancellations, no-shows and the time between enquiry and booking.

Use an agreed definition of a qualified appointment. A calendar click is not a completed booking.

03 / Quote

Does the conversation become a suitable project?

Connect the attended appointment to a quote where your systems allow it. Ask the sales team which project types progress and why others stop.

Report the proportion reaching a quote and the time taken. Keep recent enquiries separate from cohorts with enough time to progress.

04 / Sale

Which demand produces commercially useful sales?

Connect won sales to the original enquiry where permitted and reliable. Review value, margin, cancellations and the delay from first contact.

Use sales feedback to inform investment. Incomplete attribution should be shown as incomplete, not presented as certainty.
