I run the account, not a team
You hire me, I do the work. No layers. No weekly status meetings to brief a junior buyer on what the strategy actually is. The person reading your data on Friday is the same person making the bid changes on Monday.

Google Ads and Meta, run by someone who's spent 15 years inside agency teams and in-house at Avis Budget Group EMEA. No account managers. No junior media buyers. You get me.

Most freelancers do one market. I work across both, fluently. That matters when your Shopping feed needs Dutch product titles or your Meta creative needs to land with both audiences without feeling translated.
Brands doing £500k to £10m don't fit anywhere cleanly. You're past the freelancer-on-Upwork stage. You're not big enough for a tier-one agency to care. That's the gap I sit in.
A few examples of what I actually do day to day. Numbers are real, not modelled.
The Google Ads account never recovered after a PrestaShop → Shopify migration. Performance Max signal had been wiped by the platform switch and conversion tracking was misfiring through GA4. Monthly conversions had been flat between 12 and 19 for four months running, with ROAS stuck around 2.0–2.5x.
I rebuilt the account from the ground up: clean product feed, accurate conversion tracking, segmented Shopping campaigns by margin, and a supplemental feed for title optimisation.
A 67% improvement in ROAS, traceable to the rebuild rather than seasonality.
Owning the Canadian market account, cost-per-acquisition was sitting at $171 across paid search. I restructured audience segmentation, reworked match types and negative keyword strategy, and rebuilt how the account routed traffic to category pages.
A 68% CPA reduction through structure alone — the kind of work I prefer over "spend more" growth stories.
Leading the digital launch end-to-end. Zero baseline. £4m budget across four months. Paid search, Facebook, display, and partnerships.
That work is a few years older than the rest. I include it because the discipline — build the signal, find what works, scale it — is the same one I bring to ecommerce now.

The first call is 30 minutes. I'll ask about your current setup, what's working, what isn't. By the end of the call we'll both know whether this is worth pursuing. No pitch deck. No follow-up sequence. If it's not a fit, I'll often know someone who is.
